I was once on a flight to Seattle and looked out the window to notice that I was riding past a mountain top. I realized what an incredible God I serve that I was given an opportunity to reach the top of a mountain w/such ease (cost of a plane ticket). When I tried to explain it to someone, they had no idea why I would be so inspired, awestruck and humbled by Gods magnificence in being allowed to reach the top of a mountain. I realized they just didn’t understand the deep valleys I had crawled from and the tears I had shed on the way up to understand what the significance was. That’s when I understood that learning my lessons & appreciating God’s magnificence was learned in the valleys of life so when I cross a mountain top I knew where I came from.

Valley of Let Go & Let God
• God gives you more than you can handle because He expects to handle the weight of it for you
•When to try harder and when to walk away
•If you never rest in the moment, you miss God in the present
•Faith is walking face-first and full speed into the dark

Valley of Drama, Love, & Lationships (Babyface)-a love relationship is where we practice what we came here to learn, tolerance, patience, commitment and courage, fundamental respect for self and others.
•Love can only be manifest when you are capable of receiving it, no matter how much you give
•Sometimes your love is blocking someone’s healing; it may not be what they need at the time.
It’s not possible for you to love someone enough if they don’t love themselves.
•When a woman feels her only value is sexual, she can’t recognize when she is being loved for anything else.
•That I can stop looking for my soulmate because God is it-He is the person that shows me everything that’s holding me back , bringing me to my own attention so I can change my life.


Valley of Anger & Forgiveness and the Karma That Goes Along With It•
•The effect of anger is irrational w/out knowing the root cause that is deeply imbedded in your feelings
•I’m sorry goes a long way to forgiveness and healing the hurts
•Karma-take care of the problems now or else you’ll just have to suffer again later when you screw everything up the next time.
•Anger creates bitterness which destroys the host-The one who suffers most is the one the harbors it

Valley of Pride& the Superwoman Syndrome
•Pride is a lonely place
•Loneliness can be a state of mind that creates a state of being
•God has called us into a life of service but service is not individual it’s a collective effort
•Being a superwoman means always allowing your man to be the man…It’s not your job to be the head of the household

Valley of Prayer & Happiness
•Prayer is not for asking for something from God, but for keeping the lines of communication open-Prayer is a relationship-Relationships without communication die a slow, hard, and cruel death
•Along with prayer, healing is a process that happens every day
•Happiness is not a stroke of luck-you strive for it, fight for it, insist upon it, and travel to the ends of the earth for it.
•God is always just one prayer away
