About Me:

Born and raised in Houston, I received a B.A. Degree in Music Education and Performance from Houston Baptist University. My Masters in Educational Administration was earned from Texas Southern University. I am a retired educator who served as a band director for 15 years and a principal for 15 years in Houston ISD and Fort Bend ISD.

Now I am a consultant for Texas Education Agency. That assignment affords the opportunity to mentor principals across the state.

My service as a church musician has been since the age 14. Over the years I have provided music backup for many vocalists,directed choirs and music productions in the Houston area.

Professionally, I perform weekly at Perry's Steakhouse and Grille, clinic area band programs and teach private music lessons.

I am blessed to have a family of believers and Musicians. My Wife,Rozina, Sons, Daleton and Brandon and Daughter, Alaina.

I am blessed and excited about having the opportunity to join the music team at New World Church.
